Hauser & Wirth returns to FOG Design+Art for its fourth year with a selection of exceptional contemporary and historical works by leading gallery artists, including Rita Ackermann, Frank Bowling, Ed Clark, Camille Henrot, Allison Katz, Angel Otero, Thomas J Price, Gary Simmons, Lorna Simpson, Pat Steir, Henry Taylor and Jack Whitten, among others. This group of works showcases the breadth of the gallery’s multigenerational program, celebrates its artists’ upcoming institutional exhibitions and welcomes recent additions to the gallery’s roster to new audiences on the West Coast.

‘Frank Bowling: The New York Years 1966–1975’
Opening 20 May 2023, experience the first major US survey of Frank Bowling’s work in more than four decades. The expansive exhibition captures the significant evolution of Bowling’s practice during his decade in New York and features more than 40 works that explore his cosmopolitan connections and role as a critic, curator, and teacher.
